As an independent bookstore, every order is personally handled with care. Our small team processes all in-stock orders from our location in San Jose, California.

  • Order Processing Time (2-4 Business Days): This process, which includes careful inspection and packaging, takes 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday). Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT). Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (PT).

  • Shipping Time (5-7 Business Days): Once processed, your order is dispatched via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The estimated domestic transit time is 5-7 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can typically expect your order to arrive within 7 to 11 business days.

Please note this is a reliable estimate, but actual delivery times may vary.

Section 2: Costs: Shipping Fees & Taxes

We believe in upfront, simple pricing with no surprises.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Orders of $199.00 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

    • For all orders under $199.00, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99.

  • Handling Charges: We do not charge any hidden handling fees.

  • Sales Tax: As a registered business, we are required by law to collect applicable sales tax. The final tax amount will be calculated at checkout based on your specific shipping address and will be clearly displayed for your review.

Section 3: Shipment & Tracking Details

  • Shipping Partner: We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Service Area: We proudly ship to all states within the USA.

  • Shipping Restrictions: To ensure secure delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Order Tracking: The moment your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to become active.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address is accurate. Maash LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your book arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us right away. We will personally handle the issue with the shipping carrier and work with you to ensure you receive a perfect copy of your book or a full refund.

  • Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event an item is out of stock due to an inventory error, we will notify you immediately with clear options.

  • Issue Resolution: We are committed to resolving all shipping-related inquiries within 5-7 business days.
