Our 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. You may initiate a return for a refund within 30 days of the recorded delivery date of your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Please begin by sending an email to our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and a brief reason for your return.

  2. Receive Your Instructions: Our team will personally review your request. You will receive detailed instructions and our US-based return address via email within 1–2 business days.

  3. Ship Your Book: Securely package the item and ship it to the US address provided in our email. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Conditions for an Eligible Return

To be eligible for a refund, the returned book must be in its original, unread, and resalable condition.

  • Items must not be bent, written in, or show other signs of use.

  • Please note that gift cards and any items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

Financial Details: Refunds & Costs

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Return Shipping Costs: For “change of heart” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: We believe in a fair policy. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Our Quality Guarantee: Damaged or Incorrect Books

We personally inspect every book before it leaves our hands. In the rare event that a book arrives damaged from transit or is not the one you ordered, we are here to make it right.

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

  2. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue (e.g., the damage to the book or the cover of the incorrect book).

  3. We will promptly arrange to send you a perfect copy or issue a full refund at our expense.

  • Exchanges: The most efficient way to perform an exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired book.

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it for a full refund.
