About Everleafbooks & Our Books

Yes. Every book sold on Everleafbooks is brand new. We source our inventory through trusted third-party book distribution centers located throughout the United States. We do not sell used, second-hand, or remaindered books.

Publishers frequently update cover designs for new print runs and editions. The cover may differ from the image on our Website, but the ISBN, title, author, and content will remain as described. This is standard practice in the publishing industry.

No. Everleafbooks operates exclusively as an online bookstore. We partner with trusted third-party distribution centers across the United States to process orders efficiently and deliver books in a timely manner while maintaining competitive pricing.

We specialize in four categories: Biographies & Memoirs, Cookbooks & Food, Mystery & Thriller, and Romance.

Orders & Payments

We accept:

  • Credit and Debit Cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay (where available)
  • Google Pay (where available)

Your payment is authorized and charged at the time you place your order. This confirms your purchase and initiates fulfillment with our distribution partners.

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with state and local tax regulations.

No. The total amount displayed at checkout is final. We do not charge any hidden fees, processing charges, or additional surcharges.

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at contact@everleafbooks.com with your order number. After 12 hours, orders may have been transferred to our fulfillment center and can no longer be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days are queued for same-day processing. Orders after this time will begin processing the next business day.

Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days
Transit Time: 6 to 8 business days
Total Estimated Delivery: 8 to 12 business days

We ship all orders via FedEx.

Orders $199.00 or more: Free Shipping
Orders under $199.00: $7.99 Flat Rate

We ship exclusively to physical street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

We cannot ship to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Orders placed to ineligible addresses will be cancelled and refunded within 5 to 7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package at everleafbooks.com/tracking-order or fedex.com/tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Books must be in new, unused condition:

  • No writing, highlighting, or dog-eared pages
  • No damage to cover, spine, or pages
  • Original packaging preferred
  • Books showing signs of use or reading
  • Books with customer-inflicted damage
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Email contact@everleafbooks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorization and instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: We provide a prepaid label or reimburse your shipping costs.
Change of mind or customer error: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@everleafbooks.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

First verify your address, check with neighbors, and inspect alternate delivery locations. If still unlocated, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with FedEx. Resolution typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

Account & Privacy

No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders and save information for faster checkout.

We use SSL encryption and partner with PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. However, we use advertising services (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel) that may constitute “sharing” under California law. You can opt out at everleafbooks.com/do-not-sell-my-personal-information.
