Welcome to Everleaf Books (Maash LLC). As sellers of creative works (books), we have a deep respect for intellectual property (IP). This policy outlines our position on our own brand, the rights of the authors we sell, and the process for handling copyright concerns.

2. Our Brand (Everleaf Books’ IP)

Our brand is our identity. The “Everleaf Books” name, our logo, all custom graphics, website design, and original text written by our team are the exclusive property of Maash LLC.

We grant you a limited license to access and use our Site (everleafbooks.com) for personal, non-commercial shopping. Our brand identity may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

3. The Authors & Publishers We Sell (Third-Party IP)

We are an authorized retailer, not the publisher or author.

The intellectual property rights for the books we sell—including all content, cover art, text, recipes, and stories—belong entirely to the authors and publishers who created them.

Our role is to curate and sell these physical works. We do not claim any ownership or rights over the content inside the books.

4. Handling Copyright Complaints (Our DMCA Process)

We are a US-based company and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We take all claims of copyright infringement seriously.

If you are a copyright owner (or an agent) and believe that any content on our Site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown notice to our Designated Agent.

To be valid, your notice must be in writing and include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
