At Everleaf Books, we are not a mega-corporation; we are a small, independent bookseller based in San Jose, California.

Our business is built on a simple promise: what you see is what we have. We personally curate and physically hold all our inventory. We are not a dropshipping service.

Every book you purchase—whether it’s a Cookbook, Mystery, or Romance novel—is inspected, packed, and shipped by our own team from our San Jose location. This ensures we can provide the quality and personal touch that only a small business can.

3. Product Information & Content Responsibility

We are passionate about the books we select and do our best to ensure all product images, descriptions (often provided by publishers), and prices are accurate. However, errors can occasionally happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors and, if necessary, cancel an order related to such an error.

This is especially true for our “Cookbooks & Food” category. The recipes, advice, and dietary information within these books are NOT intended as professional medical, nutritional, or health advice. 4. Purchasing From Us (Payment, Shipping & Returns)

When you purchase from us, you agree to pay the full amount listed at checkout. Our complete, detailed policies for how we handle your payment, your shipment, and any issues that arise are located in these separate documents. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to:

  • Our Payment Policy (Details on our secure payment processing via Stripe & PayPal).

  • Our Shipping Policy (How we process your order in 2-4 days and ship it via USPS from our San Jose location).

  • Our  Refund and Returns Policy (How to return a book to our San Jose address within 30 days).

  • Their Property: The copyrights for all book content, cover art, and titles belong to the authors and publishers. We are an authorized retailer of these works.

We are a small business, and we must include some standard legal language to operate.

  • “As Is” Service: Our Site and products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We can’t guarantee our Site will be perfect or online 100% of the time.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maash LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of (or inability to use) our Site or the products you purchase.
