1. What makes Everleaf Books different?

As a small, independent online bookstore, we focus on a curated collection of books we genuinely love. Every order is personally handled with care from our base in San Jose, California. 2. Do you have a physical store?

Currently, Everleaf Books is an online-only bookstore. This allows us to share our curated collection with readers all across the United States.

Ordering & Payments

3. What payment methods do you accept, and is my information secure?

We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe and also PayPal. Your security is our highest priority. Our entire site is SSL-encrypted, and we never see or store your full credit card information. For more details, please see our Payment Policy.

4. Can I cancel an order after placing it?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched from our facility, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

5. Where do your books ship from?

All of our books are shipped directly by our team from our location in San Jose, California, USA.

6. How long will it take for my book to arrive?

Because we have our books in-stock, we process orders quickly, typically within 2-4 business days. After that, standard USPS shipping takes another 5-7 business days. You can expect your new book to arrive in about 7-11 business days. For a complete overview, please see our Shipping Policy.

7. How can I track my order’s journey?

Yes, of course! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your USPS tracking number.

Returns & Support

8. What is your return policy?

9. What should I do if my book arrives damaged or is incorrect?

We take great care in packaging every book. In the rare event a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will personally arrange for a perfect copy to be sent to you or issue a full refund.
